1. About these terms

These terms apply to every order placed with Bentleys Denim through this website. By placing an order you agree to them, so please read them before you buy. If you would like a copy in another format, email us and we will send one.

2. Orders and acceptance

An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we send you a dispatch confirmation. If an item is out of stock, or if we spot an error in a price or description, we will contact you before charging and you may cancel that part of the order.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where it applies. The price you pay is the price shown at checkout. We take payment at the point of order through our payment provider; we do not store your card details ourselves.

4. Delivery

We dispatch UK orders within one working day and aim for delivery in 2–4 working days. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and are counted from dispatch. Risk passes to you when the parcel is delivered to the address you gave us.

5. Returns, exchanges and cancellation

You may cancel within 14 days of receiving your order and return any unworn item with its tags attached within 30 days of delivery. We refund to the original payment method once the item is back with us. This does not affect your statutory rights, and it does not cover items that are faulty — those are handled under section 6.

6. Faulty or incorrectly described items

If a pair arrives faulty, or is not as described, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including the cost of returning the item. Please keep the packaging until the matter is resolved.

7. Product descriptions and colour

We describe each cut as accurately as we can, and we photograph every pair on the same model, in the same light, so you can compare them fairly. Screens vary, so a wash may look slightly different in your hand than on your screen. If a colour matters to you, ask us before ordering and we will describe it against something you already own.

8. Liability

We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for loss that is not foreseeable, and our liability for any order is limited to its value.

9. Complaints and governing law

If something goes wrong, email us first and we will try to put it right. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
