1. What this policy covers

This policy explains what personal information Bentleys Denim collects when you use this website or place an order, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it. It applies to this website only.

2. Information we collect

We collect the details you give us when you place an order or contact us: your name, delivery and billing address, email address and telephone number. When you place an order we also receive confirmation of payment from our payment provider, but we do not receive or store your full card details.

3. Why we use it

We use your information to accept and fulfil your order, to arrange delivery, to answer your questions, to handle returns and refunds, and to keep records we are required to keep by law. Where you have asked us to, we also use your email address to reply to you about your order.

4. Cookies and analytics

This website uses cookies that are necessary for the shop to work — for example to remember what is in your basket. If we use any further cookies, they are described in our Cookies Policy, and you can control them through your browser.

5. Who we share it with

We share your delivery details with the carrier delivering your parcel, and payment details with our payment provider. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not pass it to anyone else for their own marketing.

6. How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as we are required to for tax and accounting purposes. If you contact us without ordering, we keep your message only as long as we need to answer it and to keep a record of the exchange.

7. Your rights

You have the right to ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected if it is wrong, and in some circumstances to have it erased or to object to how we use it. Email us and we will respond.
